When you reserve or purchase nuptials services through the Hudson website,over the telephone, in person, or by mail, some information that you haveprovided us about you is provided to the hotel(s), restaurant(s), spa(s),wedding officiant(s) or other involved third parties in order to fulfillyour wedding package requirements. YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH HUDSON PARTNERS AS WE ARE BILLED DIRECTLY BY OUR PARTNERS FOR YOUR SAFETY AND CONVENIENCE. We strongly counsel you not to include sensitive information, particularly credit card numbers, to us over e-mail, but rather to do so by phone or fax. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION THAT IS INTERCEPTED EN ROUTE TO HUDSON IF YOU SEND IT VIA E-MAIL OR POSTAL MAIL.
